About Me
Industrial Designer
5 years into my industrial design obsession

Experience
HUGE Design
Internship
USA | San Francisco
Jan. - Apr. 2025
My four months at HUGE in San Francisco were fast, hands on, and intense. Inside a lean team, I took on real ownership for brands like Colgate, Kia, and Peloton from day one, sharpening my CAD workflows and pushing my visualization skills further.
Transform.NRW
Werkstudent
Wuppertal Institut
2023-2024
Working for Transform.NRW at the Wuppertal Institute gave me a new perspective on what industrial design can be. Collaborating in an interdisciplinary team pushed me to look beyond physical objects and see design through a systemic, educational lens. It also built strong office fundamentals.
ABUS
Student Project
Wuppertal
Oct. 2023 - Mar. 2024
My project with ABUS was a leap from theory into practice. Developing new locking mechanisms for bikes meant hands on mechanical problem solving and rigorous prototyping. Presenting our solutions to stakeholders at an industry heavyweight tested what I had learned so far.
Lucas Nülle
Student Project
Wuppertal
Mar. - Juli. 2025
Working with Lucas Nülle was a lesson in pragmatic, cost driven design within real manufacturing limits. Rather than reinventing the wheel, the focus was on smart evolution, proving that deliberate, incremental steps create real impact.
Education
Bergische Universität Wuppertal
industrial design
Wuppertal
2021-2026
My time at BUW was an intense and inspiring foundation. The core philosophy of solving real world problems and designing what truly matters taught me never to settle for superficial solutions. That restless drive to push every concept further gives me confidence in my education and design toolkit, then again, I might be slightly biased.
Exchange Semester
industrial design
USA | Cincinnati
Aug. - Dec. 2024
My semester at the University of Cincinnati was an eye opening deep dive into a different design culture. It pushed me to master storytelling, project presentation, and how to pitch myself. The cross cultural exchange also sharpened my awareness of the Western perspectives shaping European design.
For a detailed timeline, full project history, and complete overview of my skills, feel free to download my CV.
